The chrome fittings are screwed onto the existing pipe 3/4 inch and 3/8 inch.
Each connector contains a powerful magnet 14000 Gauss to derive the corrosive effect of limestone.
These tips Tartar change the appearance of limestone temporarily, until the water passes through the washing machine or toilet.

They are high quality brass to last tens without being unscrewed.
For washing machine or dishwasher, simply screw on the water supply and connect the hose from the machine at the other end.
To flush the toilet, it's the same operation.
