You can chosir an express shipping to receive order within 48 H.
You can request special care to your order (packaging for export, wrapping paper) by adding a comment in the space provided. You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order is processed. Otherwise, it is necessary to check whether registered with your bank or Paypal to see if payment has been made.
Then you can check the status of your order from your account. If you find that this state is locked for more than 72 hours, we recommend that you contact us by phone, email or chat, in order to know the reasons for blocking (out of stock outstanding, grêve transport package lost ... ).
You can place an order by downloading the order directly on our website, then send it with your check.
- 2 Delivery
The controls are provided by La Poste Colissimo Expert (with signature) or Access (unsigned), Global Relay and Exapaq. Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. Transport costs are available from a control of 65 € TTC throughout metropolitan France. Furthermore, the costs are proportional to the weight of the package.
Your package is shipped with special care to withstand impact, but it is advisable to check the state of the package upon delivery to be able to make a claim to the services.
For delivery in overseas territories, we shall ship aerosol type products, which are considered hazardous for transport by air.
