12/17 THREADED RIGHT FITTING - 1/2 INCH TUBE

Straight threaded fitting 12/17 to screw, in order to use a 1/2 inch food tube.

The male part of the fitting is a conical thread, therefore without O-ring. It is suitable for the connection of cartridges with 3/8 inch inlet and outlet. You can use it for a drinking water or beer circuit. To seal the thread, just add two turns of Teflon.
The quick fitting allows the 1/2 inch food tube to hang on and resist a pressure of 16 bars. You can use this connection for several liquids, including beer and soda, since manufacturers of this type of liquid have been using them for several years.
The 12/17 threaded quick connector is used to connect certain purifiers or reverse osmosis units operating with 3/8 inch water circuits.
