Cartridge with pleating to filter at 50 microns residential water from city, spring or rain.

The efficiency of this cartridge gives it a better result than a classic pleated cartridge. If it is placed in a filtration station for rainwater, it should be cleaned regularly, so as not to clog it too much. It is suitable for both domestic and industrial use.

The dirt cartridge is covered with a polypropylene shell to maintain the polyester folds, in order to increase the filtration surface. The folds are fixed on a rigid polypropylene axle thus ensuring stability.
When the water arrives on the cartridge, the filtration surface is optimal, as the pleats do not move, which increases the filtration performance by 30% compared to a conventional pleated polyester cartridge.
It is possible to clean the folds of the cartridge through the shell, but thanks to its low cost, it can be replaced, after several washes, when the polyester is too saturated with fat. This results in longer life and greater efficiency than similar cartridges.
Thanks to its compatibility with many chemicals, polyester can be used in specific applications.
This cartridge is compatible with all 9 3/4 filter holders with 20/27 and 26/34 inlet only.
