40/49 plastic nipple to connect two Big Blue filters.

It is necessary to use this nipple on plastic threads, so as not to damage the filter head. It is sufficient to surround several strips of Teflon to seal between the two parts. Do not use glue or paste, because in the event of a leak, the complete filter assembly must be replaced.
This PVC fitting is designed to be resistant to water up to 50° C. It can be installed on filter heads with brass insert.

 

Application areas :
filter station drinking water, pre-filtration water canal, cooling circuit, rainwater pumping.

 

Plastic is food grade.
