Each of these cartridges have a clearly defined function.
The first is pleated 5 microns to retain impurities coming from the municipal water system or drilling per well.

The second is coconut carbon-based block 5 micron filter out chlorine, bad taste and odors present.
This is a quality filtration using high performance filters for a better result. The first pleated sediment filter should be cleaned regularly under water to remove larger impurities. As the folds are in good condition the cartridge can still be used.
These cartridges can be used in the home or office area.
