This 5/16 inch or 8 mm fitting is used to connect the potable water supply to an American fridge.

The angled quick coupler makes it possible to create a right angle to a flexible tube outlet.
This type of food fitting can be used with the 5/16 inch flexible polyethylene tube.
It allows the tube to be moved in a direction other than the starting direction without being bent.
The quick coupling can be used with drinking water, beer, oil or compressed air.
