Filter cartridge designed to effectively treat iron dissolved in the drilling water, to improve the taste and quality in the devices.

It eliminates orange and brown stains found in sinks, showers or bathtubs, but also in fixtures. It brings a result only if the rate of iron does not exceed 3 ppm, because otherwise, it will be necessary to use a device more adapted according to your analysis.
It reduces the adverse effects on the pipes and the water heater. It can be installed exclusively in the Big 20 inch filter bodies to filter cold water at the main inlet. It is advisable to provide a filtration just after to retain the iron particles surplus if the water is used for watering.
In the case of home use, the third charcoal treatment purifies the water for consumption in the various rooms.

For this cartridge to be really effective, it is mandatory that the water is with a pH close to 7 and that the silica content is less than 100 ppm.
