BIG 10 INCH 50 MICRON COIL CARTRIDGE :

50 micron coil cartridge to be used to pre-filter particles present in tap or city water.

It adapts perfectly to the Big 10-inch transparent or opaque filter holder to treat drinking water from the house. It will rather be installed at the start of filtration, in order to remove the largest materials, before moving on to the following cartridges.

It removes suspended matter greater than 50 microns in water: sediment, sand, mud, rust, pollen.
This cartridge is made of polypropylene microfibers agglomerated by thermal action without any additives. It does not release any material into the water. Its graduated density from the outside to the inside improves the efficiency of filtration or pre-filtration before the activated carbon or membrane cartridges.

It can chemically withstand a wide variety of fluids.
It is advisable to change the cartridge every 6 months, in order to guarantee good filtration quality.
