Pentek 20-inch activated carbon water cartridge can improve taste and smell in residential areas where drinking water is not of good quality.

It reduces to 99.5% Cryptosporidium, Giardia, Entamoeba and Toxoplasma cysts (according to the manufacturer's internal tests).
It effectively reduces the strong presence of chlorine.
CBC-20 is ideal for use on a wide range of residential, food, commercial and industrial applications. They are also excellent polishing filters or prefilters in applications requiring fine filtration and high capacity.
It is compatible with standard 20 inch filter holders.
CBC-20 filter cartridges contain a very small amount of carbon fines (very fine black powder). The cartridge should be rinsed with enough water to remove any trace of fine powder from your water system before using the water.
The nominal 0.5 micron Pentek CBC-20 water cartridge has an increased dirt holding capacity.

Do not use with microbiologically unsafe water of unknown quality without proper disinfection before or after the system.
