ABOUT THE LED

J' en ai commandé chez vous depuis le 16/12. Vous avez encaissé mon paiement, mais je n,e vois toujours rien venir. C' est habituel chez vous ou c' est seulement pour les LED ?

commande passée le 01 janvier , paiement débité le 04 . Le 25 janvier toujours rien...... vu le commentaire ci-dessus cela semble être fréquent..... je vais bientôt me lasser et demander le remboursement.

Bonjour, C'est donc aujourd'hui que vous deviez avoir une date de livraison à me communiquer , sans réponse rapide de votre part , je vous demanderai de procéder au remboursement de cette commande. Quelque soient vos arguments, je trouve que cette situation n'a que trop duré.
